This “Fields of Flowers” wall picture printed on canvas shows a meadow with countless flowers. The horizon line clearly divides the image into two halves. The lower half of the picture shows a field or meadow. Flowers grow there in the most colorful colors, with the color red clearly dominating. Some blue, yellow and orange flowers can be seen occasionally. At the bottom edge there is a field path in the middle that invites us to walk through the sea of flowers. It's not hard to imagine the light breeze swaying the flowers and grass. A clear horizon emerges in the center of the image. There stands a leaning tree that has defied the winds for countless generations. The end of the meadow cannot be seen and so the image creates a feeling of endlessness. The deep blue sky draws the most attention to the curved brush strokes. The latter illustrate the dynamics of the sky but also the power of the wind that blows across the field. Some white parts of the picture suggest clouds and at the top of the picture we see a hint of yellow. The sun is certainly shining on the meadow and some clouds here. The deep blue of the sky creates a cool atmosphere, which also expresses the blue component in the red. Overall, this snapshot undoubtedly reminds us of the Impressionist painting style through the play of light.
